Documentation:  Include with your registration material either a letter from your child’s school on school letter head saying that they are financially eligible for school lunch or a copy of your most recent taxes (you can black out personal information like ss#s). You can include a letter if there are special situations you want us to consider.

For summer camps please include your children’s 3 top camp picks (we will try to give top pick, but these are first come/first served so this may not always be possible). Typically we give one full (or two half) scholarships per child (include which you prefer in your note as well). If there are remaining seats after our May 31st deadline we may award a second camp scholarship at a 50% tuition wavier.

To apply: To be considered for a scholarship please email (or mail) a copy of your documentation and a copy of the registration form.

Deadlines: Scholarship paperwork must be received 10 days after registering your child for summer camp or a week before any ACT/SAT camp, Spring Break camp, or Lego Leagues to be given full consideration.
